TERMS & CONDITIONS OF #PYRAMIDFREEBIES
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of #PyramidFreebies. By participating in our #PyramidFreebies and blog contests, participants who take part are deemed agreeable to be bound by these terms and conditions below:
Who can participate?
Open to all permanent residents of Malaysia, except employees of Sunway Berhad (“Sunway Pyramid,” “Sunway”), their immediate families (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses), including its appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
How do I participate?
All #PyramidFreebies method of participation will be detailed in the caption of the designated #PyramidFreebies post mentioned on either Facebook, Twitter, Pyramid’s Blog and/or Instagram. Refer back to the designated #PyramidFreebies post for more information on how to participate.
What is (are) the prize(s)?
All #PyramidFreebies prize(s) will be detailed in the caption of the designated #PyramidFreebies post. Refer back to the designated #PyramidFreebies post for more information on the prize(s). Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with another similar value at any time without prior notice and all prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
Can I submit more than once?
Yes, you may submit as many original submissions. However, you will only be able to win 1 prize. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
How long does the #PyramidFreebies run?
The duration of the #PyramidFreebies will be mentioned on the designated #PyramidFreebies post. Refer back to the designated #PyramidFreebies post for more information on the closing date/time. Any submissions received after the date/time mentioned on the designated #PyramidFreebies post will not be accepted.
How will the winner(s) be announced and contacted?
All winners will be announced on the designated #PyramidFreebies post and will be contacted within their own personal entries via ‘Facebook Private Message’, ‘Twitter Direct Message’, ‘Blog comments’ and/or ‘Instagram Direct Message’. All decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winner(s) for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice or consent required from the winner(s) and without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law. In the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted for any reason after 3 consecutive days of continuous attempt by Sunway Pyramid, the winner(s) will be automatically disqualified and prize(s) will be forfeited. Winner(s) will be notified when the prize is ready for collection from Sunway Pyramid. The prize(s) shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winner(s). All winner(s) are required to produce their identification card for verification upon collection of prize(s).
Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to withdraw or amend these terms and conditions at any time at it sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.

During your course of dealing with us, we will process your personal data for the above mentioned purpose, including, to communicate with you, provide products and/or services to you, respond to your enquiries or complaints, provide you with information and/or updates on products, services and/or promotions offered by Sunway Shopping Malls and its partners’ identify you (including publishing your name and photograph) when you participate in the #PyramidFreebies organised by us and other purposes required to operate and maintain our business as set out in our Personal Data Protection Notice as published on our website. We may use such information for targeting appropriate editorial or advertising content to you but you will always be able to opt out of such mailings.
