没错,今天要介绍的Impressoul Gastrology是一家日韩餐合体的店。有韩国远道而来获得无数美食大奖的Chef Ken 和  Iron Chef S.K. Choi为你准备美食。

Located at the entrance of Sunway Pyramid West, the interior of Impressoul Gastrology is a unique mix of vibrant contemporary elements with cozy, rustic hues.

位于Sunway Pyramid West里,踏进餐厅的第一感觉就是富丽堂皇非常华丽。适量的灯光让人可以放松心情悠闲自在的享用美食。

For parties or special events, Impressoul Gastrology has a private room which comfortably fits 22 pax (sitting down) and 30 for cocktail/standing events.

这里还设有贵宾房给顾客办生日派对之类。房间大概可以容纳20-30人。

To kick off our gastronomic experience, Chef Ken served up a plate of Beef Tataki – a cold appetizer of thinly sliced angus beef, tangy mara spicy sauce, coriander, chips and delicate edible flower petals.

开胃菜是安格斯牛肉再淋上特制辣酱以及少许花瓣。半熟的牛片入口即化,自制辣酱非常开胃还有最后少许的花瓣香味。

Salad, spice and all things nice…pretty much describes this tantalizing Spicy Crab Salad. Made with fresh crab mayonnaise, shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes, tossed together with avocado salsa.

很多人听到沙拉就觉得很清淡无味。但这道辣蟹肉沙拉绝对可以刺激你的味蕾。搅拌蟹肉,鳄梨,小番茄,新鲜包菜以及特调酱汁。酸酸甜甜带有点辣味绝对是小编的Style。

*This is Chef Ken’s personal favourite!

If you prefer going back to basics, the Sake O Sashimi will not disappoint. We like the strong truffle flavour, drizzled on fresh sashimi slices, topped with concoction of diced onion, cucumber and tomato.

有没有想过三文鱼刺身除了配芥末还有什么吃法呢?这道三文鱼刺身你绝对没有在外尝试过。加入了日本清酒,蒜米,洋葱,酱油以及少许花瓣。酱汁味道不会很浓而盖过三文鱼的鲜味。配合得天衣无缝。(小编没有夸大哦!)

Next up was a gorgeous array of Hamachi Jalapeno – yellowtail fish, topped with a slice of jalapeno, coriander and yuzu sauce. Simply divine!

说到日式料理,一道三文鱼刺身当然不够。这道黄尾鱼刺身加入了辣椒,柚子汁,蒜米还有酱料。味道偏酸辣也比较重。可是还是可以品尝到黄尾鱼的鲜甜。(真的很OISHII)

For mains, Chef Ken prepared an impressive portion of black Angus Beef Steak, seared to perfection and served with Japanese style Gyu-susi sauce, wanton chips, grilled vegetables and pumpkin puree.

尝试了不同的头盘,是时候到主菜了!如果你觉得安格斯牛肉片不够喉,这道主菜就是你的菜! 丰厚的安格斯牛排配日式甜酱,蔬菜以及南瓜汁。牛肉很嫩但带有口感,配上爽脆蔬菜完全不会油腻。

Imagine succulent, juicy and velvety tenderloin in every mouthful. We can’t get enough of this!

想像当你把牛排放进口里,一咬下去那香气扑鼻的肉汁把舌头重重包围。那一刻真的忘记了自己身在何方呀。

We also think that a Japanese dining experience would not be complete without a serving of classic Teriyaki Salmon Steak.

当然,有很多人不喜爱生鱼片。不用担心。这道红烧三文鱼也可以让你尝试到三文鱼的鲜味。

You know how they always say…we eat with our eyes as much as with our mouths. This dish was picturesque from every angle – thanks to Chef’s intricate French style plating!

这道料理在每一个角度都完美无缺。在你嘴巴还没有享用到美食时,眼睛已经先被这道菜肴吸引了。

For sushi, Impressoul gets creative with a Korean-Japanese fusion roll, named Karai Maguro. It features fresh tuna with spicy mayo (gochujang) and sesame seeds.

寿司和手卷还是很多人的首选。这道融合了日韩风味的手卷和平时吃的大不同哦。以为是普通手卷但内有乾坤。有金枪鱼,配韩式辣酱和芝麻香味。一定要一口吃完整颗才可以完全品尝到它的美味。

Our personal favourite? The Crispy Flake Roll, made with crab meat, curry mayo sauce, black ebiko (shrimp roe), and a light, crisp tempura coating.

这手卷带有点辣味。说真的,任何有辣味的都会是小编的最爱。尤其是这里还有黑色鱼子酱,配蟹肉还有辣酱。味道微辣再加上咬到鱼子酱噼噼叭叭的口感很过瘾。

For a twist on ramen, Chef Ken recommends the Sauteed Ramen with Prawns, stir-fried with fresh ramen, shrimp, yaki ramen sauce and vegetables.

如果不想吃白饭,这里有日式炒拉面。有新鲜虾仁,配上蔬菜以及特制酱油配合在一起。口味竟然带甜。少许甜味绝对可以增加新鲜感。

Go for their Black Sesame Ice Cream in fruit salsa and berry mix!

如果你不是像我那么贪心的可以尝试这浓郁黑芝麻冰淇淋,配上酸酸甜甜的草莓酱汁又是另一番风味哦。

Impressoul also serves fresh pastries and breads for breakfast and in between meals. For happy hour, sip on their refreshing Soju Martini or Choya Mojito (a Japanese sour plum martini with yuzu), Japanese beer or cocktails!

这里也有新鲜烘烤的面包以及蛋糕,在店里享用了晚餐还可以买些面包回去呢。这里也有不同的特调鸡尾酒。带有酸味烧酒马提尼或是甜甜的梅酒莫吉托都是值得一试。
