Did you know? Mille Crepe stands for a thousand layers (in this case, 20) of thin pancake, cream and loads of deliciousness.

Originating from France, the crepe cake is no stranger to dessert lovers, with it’s lush, satisfying texture and smooth taste to last for days.

Made daily with fresh, luscious cream, Vanilla Cafe Express’ recipes come directly from France. The kitchen only uses low fat, US-imported ingredients with less oil for an authentic yet light taste.

Each cake is stored in the outlet for a maximum of 3 days before they are discarded. The cakes are non-alcoholic and lard free.

Currently, Vanilla Cafe Express serves up 12 types of cakes for all tastes – from the classic Vanilla & Chocolate flavours to more decadent varieties such as the Bamboo Charcoal and Matcha Tiramisu.

If you’re celebrating a birthday, why not opt for something different?

Whole cakes are available in 700g (able to feed 4 pax) or 1.4kg (8 pax) versions! Look out for the 1kg version, which is able to feed about 5-6 pax, coming your way soon.

For a classic taste, the Vanilla Crepe Cake will surely satisfy. Not too rich nor sweet, the cream complements and envelopes each layer crepe cake perfectly, giving you a balance of cake & cream in each bite.

The caramel has the perfect blend of saltiness, sweetness and slightly burnt bitterness, topped with crunchy almonds and vanilla cream for a truly heavenly experience.
